Liquidity Providing and Grid bot trading behave almost exactly the same. If you go out of the range, you stop gaining. The main difference is that LP profits from volume being traded and Grid trading profits from volatile price action in your range. For both you want that set range to be as tight as possible to maximize profit, but keeping tighter ranges also increases risk so you keep it just barely wide enough to not have the price go out of range all the time.

By far the most educating and easy to understand crypto videos i ever seen. As well as really good video editing, and the graphic animations where super helpful etc.!! One thing tho.. nothing personal but think your voice carry bit to much high frequencies ending up in ear fatigue after 5 straight episodes.. Maybe try to transpose your voice down a semitone or two, that will also slow it down slightly so its easier for people stuggeling with English for example to hang on to the narration instead of having to rewind every now and then. As i said, do not take it personal, it was just a though and as i have pretty sensitive ears when it comes to high frequencies as i know other people struggle with as well. Anyways, i subscribed to this awesome content and hoping for more to come! Keep it up!! Cheers!

Well done video! I understand the concept but there ia something I can't get, there is something called equilibrium, so if you have two coins, coin and usdt for example, and the first down in price you get more of that coin, and if the first coin went up, you get more of USD, my question, why you can't just buy more of the first coin with the USD you gained? It's the same money in the end, yes you lost a bit of the first coin when it went up but you gained THE SAME amount in USDT?

The USD you gained remains part of the pool. You have to remove your liquidity to do anything with it, and that locks in whatever impermanent loss you're sitting at. Yes, you have some more USD on the other side -- but the other coin also costs more, and you have less of it, so it's basically a wash in that sense.
