Thank you so much Mark. I deal with these bad thoughts 365 days a year for years. I feel like I am loosing my mind. It is so hard!!! I hardly get rest. I am asking God to forgive me each and everyday of my life all through the day. I am getting so tired now! It's a real struggle. I keep telling myself not to give up. I wake up with it and go to bed with these thoughts. I feel like I have no one to talk to about these thoughts, driving me crazy but I press on. I have had the same struggle Ive been doing this for three years I’m only 14, but today I’m deciding to learn how to deal with these thoughts with God by practicing therapeutic habits knowing and trusting what the Bible has said.

Thank you so much… you have no idea how much l needed this and still do… l battle and struggle with this so much every day… it literally brings you down, it kills your spirit and it makes me stray from God or reading His word because it makes me feel “impure”, awful whenever l experience them. Sometimes it causes me so much depression and confusion cuz you don’t know whether it’s you/your mind or the devil, and you just go crazy! It’s so frustrating and depressing..! I think a lot of people have intrusive thoughts and don't even realize that there's a way out. Thank you for shining light on this subject! I remember when I was younger, I felt a lot of pressure to pray like everyone else at church, using certain words and phrases. I felt like I wasn't as Christian as the others. This video was helpful since I do sometimes overthink and worry about things I shouldn't worry about anymore.

Having problems because of pathological gaslighting. So hard when they're in your family, have to walk away. I think it's demonically induced. Thank you, these verses help. ( was gaslighted by family in church, so that has really added to the issues).

Remember, that some of those thoughts can be not from our minds but from demons. (they don't have to be inside you to "inject" some thoughts in your mind). So the best way is to use your authority over the demons (Luke 10,19) and say something like "you, demons, who are giving me the thoughts about.. (whatever), in the name of Jesus I refuse your thoughts and command you to leave me now."

Some scriptures that have helped me are Philippians 4:6-8, 1 Corinthians 10:31, John 8:32, John 8:36 & Luke 10:19 as well as 2 Corinthians 5:17. You have such a great content. I’m a very curious person and don’t seem to find the answer to my question anywhere. It’s a bit uncomfortable for me to ask. If a man falls in love or develops feelings outside of his marriage, something that it was un voidable. It’s naturally that the man will have this other person in their mind constantly. Even in moments of Intimacy with his wife not because he desires the other person but because he can’t turn it off. That person is always in his mind. It’s something that you can’t control. He can walk away from the situation. Cut all the communication but this woman is always in his mind. What happens if God doesn’t remove this other person from his mind? Does he learn to accept it and live with it as part of his life? I will really appreciate it if you could answer my question. Thank you. Blessings!

Or from the man’s aspect, have another woman consume his thoughts. I would rather be single if I can’t offer that to a person.

Sorry but am tired of hearing (we are made perfect once we wash ourselves in the blood of Jesus and believe in him) that and any of it's variations.. am not saying am right I honestly don't know but it feels contradictory because The Bible says we are not worthy of Salvation since we are from sin and all of us it's pure sin it's only when we accept this true and learn from Jesus that we start a process of transformation BUT not matter how hard we try we could never be like Jesus we will never free ourselves from sin at least alive (my own interpretation it's as fallows. Sin itself can't be washed out, we accept it, work with it alongside Jesus, have faith in him with the process and bring a piece of heaven in to our lives... but none of this prevents us from committing more sin the only way to wash our sin is through faith in Jesus, we leave this world and confess our since in the last day of judgement because we all going to be judge believers and none believers).
