Than change it. I’m only 5’7 myself and once was about 92kg. So not that far off from yourself. The secret is changing bad habits for good ones so that they’re sustainable. You didn’t gain weight over night, it was through consistent choices. If you want to reverse it change consistent choices. For me it was walk at least half an hour a day, work out at home an hour a day (I have some basic equipment now but I started just doing body weight exercises) and making a hard rule not to drink calories, It’s either water or black coffee. Not only did it make me look far better, but I feel so much better both physically and mentally. Till you hit that goal weight most casual jackets like bombers/truckers will slim your appearance and don’t under estimate the power of boots. The 2” of added height can make a world of a difference for those of us who forgot to grow.
