In the second video the officer lied or was wrong about what he asked for. He never asked for a whistle the first time he asked. He asked for the registration, throwable, and a fire extinguisher. Not a whistle as he said a few minutes later.

that second story the cop asked for registration, the fire extinguisher, and the throwable the guy repeats that when asked yet the cop lies and said he asked for the throwable, fire extinguisher, and the whistler thing. I just said that while watching it but that whole stop was messed up as they left the other guy to drive the boat so why couldn't he be the driver and not take the drunk person who could be there just having fun? the third one he arrested that first girl for nothing but yelling at him. with the boat party fight those two cowards in the hats hopefully got arrested cause the guy was in a head lock and they both walked over and started beating the guy.
