lol. I used to train K9s, S&Rs, Detection and Working Dogs. They love finding perps/cancer/bombs/people. There's a line of GSD in the UK that have been doing it for generations. One dog was so talented and focused, he could track a person through a crowd of 1,000 people. Absolute unit of a Top Boy! But I think I'll be calling mine "bork bork nom noms" from here on. Cheers!

@@carabiner7999 different perspective but same opinion here, my mom and dad work together in healthcare and they treated a guy who had ran and shot at the cops, and the dog got to him about 4-5 whole minutes before his partner did. My dad had to place 5 different wound vacs on this guy. I mean This puppy went “ oh I’m getting tired of this spot let me pick a new place to bite 😂” those puppers will go at what they get, find em so fast, and then keep ‘em there til dad/mom gets there 🤣🤣

We don't pick animals with low prey drive and their foundation year is building on that, obedience and where I worked, seeing what speciality they're best suiting for. A medical Detection Dog is not best for one that offers a noisy "tell" i.e. barks a lot!

One time I was pulled over for speeding and actually had a bunch of crack and a crack pipe in the middle console. After being questioned I explained to him that I was borrowing a friend’s car and had no clue about any of it. After the initial confusion, he uncuffed me and apologized for the misunderstanding and let me be on my way. Him and I later became good friends and he ended up being the best man at my wedding. We’re still friends to this day. He’s a great guy.

When I was arrested I knew I was going to be arrested. I knew my rights. The officers read them slowly and professionally, looking me straight in the eye. I was honest with them and not in any way belligerent. I pleaded guilty and the judge called me an idiot, delayed my appearance. Then he told me to not be a "jackass" and to get a lawyer and come back in 6 weeks. Best advice ever. Paid a fine, paid a lawyer, 6 months condensed to 48 hours less time served. They all want your money, not your time. Lawyers and courts, alike.

The Tucson one is a bit confusing. They expected the lady to stop when the dude telling her to keep going had a gun? What? What if he shot her for not running from the cops? Sounds a little like the law is a touch stupid in that regard - she was doing what an armed person told her to do, that's called self-preservation and apparently you can get charged for doing what was needed to not be shot in the back of the head. Hopefully she had a good lawyer to at least get her out of it if she really was just a victim who didn't realize what he was doing or about to do.
