Yes, market crashes. Yes it has not bottomed, It has no business at this level in the first place, pumped up by the Fed and central banks around the world. You can still be 100% invested at this level. Good luck! I prefer to sell the bounce and keep 50% cash. I will not get back into the market more than 50% if S&P is not 30% lower from here. I trade and make quick profits. With this inflation and my expectation on the economy, I am ok with 70% cash. I don’t short the market. Just keep selling the bounce!

Hi Joshua, I like your enthusiam about real estate photography. It has actually been my side hustle for roughly 1 year now. I just wanted to clarify some things for anyone interested in pursuing this side hustle. #1) You CANNOT use a cell phone. Using a cell phone is simply not an option for this field. Yes, phones have good cameras but they are not able to capture the RAW data that is needed from a DLSR camera. You need the RAW image file because when adding LUT's and using lightroom you need to change all of the data to make the pictures appealing. Also, a phone is very unprofessional. I am a real estate agent as well and many agents can take photos with their phones as well. Most of the time they hire professionals because it shows good faith to the seller that you are providing top marketing. #2 You do not typically get paid by the hour. In real estate photography you are typically paid a flat fee foe a particular job. For instance I charge $200 for Interior & exterior photos with editing. I am not paid by the hour. #3 You do Not make more momey in Commercial I actually do both residential and commercial building photography. The moat units I have taken photos for was a 9-unit property. Typically you will only have access to a few vacant units because when 5+ multifamily properties are sold they are typically occupied. This translates to you making the same $200 on int & ext photos for commercial. (You can upcharge...but for me I work with repeat clients who I have a set rate for and they always use my service). #4 It's not Rocket Science You do need an investment upfront of a dslr camera, photoshop, and lightroom. Other than this the skill is relatively simple to learn. Watch YT videos. If you have any questions for me please let me know. I am happy to help.

Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a EXTREMETOPPERS , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. I worked for REV for a few years. It can be very rewarding and very frustrating. Expect the pay to be extremely low and the quality standards to be all over the place and full of uncertainty. If you can thrive in an illogical and chaotic environment and not really care about it personally then this is for you. Squarespace templates, most people are paying for "ad space" to promote their store so their images are moved to the top. Real-estate photography is next to useless in rural communities. Selling used books, probably waste more gas looking for these books then money you would make in a day. Drop shipping from foreign countries could take up to 8-10 weeks to deliver. Just some stuff to think on.

I've been doing the real estate videography side of the market for over 5 years. I will agree with 100% of what you said. When i first got started i was working for a guy in Seattle that would charge $1400 per video tour/ aerial. In one year i filmed over 650 homes and on some days we squeezed in 5 houses. Unfortunately it was his company and i was just getting paid hourly. But doing the math, this guy was raking in stacks per month! So i left and started my own hustle. I am open to answer questions as well for anyone that might consider getting into this space.

@@anthonylogorz we primarily did luxury real estate. He’d go straight to the brokerage and do presentations to win over 15-30 agents at a time. Plus over time, word of mouth would just snowball. We started with a hacked 5D at the time, but eventually moved to a RED helium (which is overkill). But he found a way to corner the market and become a household name out here. Btw. I’ve traveled to Florida and found clients that will pay at least $1200 per 90 second video. Just walk in there with confidence and badass portfolio. Even if you have to do some luxury properties for free. The great thing about Florida and Texas are, they have wow factor architecture. NGL, Seattle has some over priced crack houses that don’t impress anyone except the price tag.

He says you’ll make 150-300 per hour doing photography. Not as a beginner you wont. When you start you’ll probably be shooting a home for $99. Then u go home & edit or pay someone to edit.

Im mostly using a canon m50 w/ dji gimbal right now : D or Iphone 13 depending on the situation. I do 60 second video or 120. I try to appeal to most agents but I must confess I haven't done many luxury videos.

the reason why people pay so little on alibaba its cause they only show the price for one so even if its a fraction you have to order a number of amount of the product you want unless you ask for a sample which then shipping is terrible so don't always believe alibaba if you don't believe me its called MOQ so be mindful and ask why is it cheap and another website is expensive this is just tip and people should know
