Riot will never do that, lol. The 2 most recent rework have been extremely controversial. And we can go further with the like of aatrox rework. Furthermore, they once try to do like 4 rework a year and have like 2 new champs. Guess what, that year have the lowest player's engagement according to Riot. So no, players doesn't like rework more than new champs.

@@Diopside. Smolder wasn't that bad. It's literally Veigar and Nasus but markman. Ksante is an outlier. But we always have outlier like that in the past, zoe, zeri, etc... But that doesn't mean anything to the majority of playerbase because even rework can be broken like Ire and Akali. So using gameplay as a justification for more rework doesn't make sense in the slightest.

Forget about Lux getting a ASU anytime soon. She has 18 skins + her Ultimate skin 10 forms, thats 28 models they need to redo. Aint no way they are doing that after complaining about the Ahri ASU taking too long bc she had too many skins (she had 16 and they left Star Guardian and Spirit Blossom pretty much untouched so 14) So Lux has double the models to update. I dont think shell ever get a ASU unless they intend to do a game wide update at some point updating everyone.

I think for me Zilean absolutely has to be #1. Like Corki is bad but at least he looks like Corki and he has a Wild Rift model that they could upgrad to if the Malphite model experiment works. Zilean is just wtf is that. Bro has a big Kingdom Hearts 1 looking ass clock strapped to his back. If I'm ordering them, I'd probably go Zilean, Cho'Gath, Corki, Gragas and then after that look at Anivia, Nocturne, Vladimir and Shaco. Shaco needs a total shakedown and rebuilding, lore to make him find a place where he actually fits in the world and his gameplay could maybe do with some adjustments so he might be a bit more work.

as a wildrift player I sometimes feel bad for pc players since yeah they do get a better gameplay but you cant ignore the fact that wr is getting more love than pc. We really get a lot of reworks, exclusive skins, and hd models. But yeah pity for them because once you play pc first its really hard to enjoy wr when you really are used to playing pc since wr is more simple compared to the main game so its easy to get bored.

Shen is more of an honourable mention - because he had a gameplay revamp and visual too, but he NEVER received new voicelines, emote, recall or dance animations. His skin effects are also very subpar when compared to other recent reworks.

The problem of porting WR desgins is that most of them dont fix the core fundamental problems of the designs, corki would still look like shit, but now its a golden shit instead of a normal one We need more ASUs, like udyr, with diferent desings. My take is to take the desings of legends of runeterra and made them fit into league of legends like they did with jax, Master Yi, Zillean, Janna and Nidalee are really good examples of really compelling redesigns that do fix the problems while making them look like themselfs (even with Furry bird janna)

Saying a champ like Lux has Legendaries and Ultimates and tons of skins may seem like a reason they should get an ASU, but you're not considering that they could just keep their other skins ugly and then make and sell EVEN MORE Legendary/Ultimate/Gacha skins. Updating the old skins would just be too much effort when people buy her skins already anyways. And that's all Riot's marketing/corporate cares about.
