First attempt at sr day 58. I did it because of a bad break up with my wife she left me with my 7 year old daughter and I wanted to disconnect from sex and not let women have power over me or let my wife try get me back with sex. I went 13 days without even trying or knowing about sr then I did research It did help me mentally get over her have been feeling down past couple of days feel like I’m stuck I don’t no how to up my self. could either be a flatline which is part of the rewiring process if you were addicted to sex or some form of lust, or its just that you forgot what it was like before. you gradually feel better so if you were to release right now you would probably notice the contrast more if you know what i mean. i also have certain days where i question if its even working but i know damn well if i would do it 3 times rn it would be night and day. in the beginning stages when you relapse alot you experience a strong contrast it keeps going up and down so you apply the amount you feel better from day 0 to day 7 (which is also when test usually spikes the first time) to for example day 49 and you hyperinflate what you think it is like which is why sometimes it can feel dissapointing and also because many youtubers do capitalize on the views they can get by artificially inflating the benefits. what you must know is that you arent some kind of superhuman now, although some of the effects are literally bizarre and supernatural but you are actually just tapping into the natural state god has set man out to be. you are just in a fallen society. but this should be the norm. and if it has become the norm then good! look at what else you can do improve your life, but it might just be a flatline so go look into that. and im sorry about your daughter hope you can find a solution that works for you. love

well... im not really a religious guy yk. i dont wanna call myself a christian even though hold a gun to my head and have me deny christ as the son of god i wouldnt do it. religion has become corrupted, i truly believe if you follow religion you are deceived. but i dont follow religion, i follow jesus christ. there is a gigantic difference in giving your life to christ and being a christian. i have read all the books looked at all the teachings and eventually i read the new testament and i just had to say what can be higher than what this guy taught? what can be a higher way of living or embodying the spirit of the divine than how he did it. i found what he said to already be within me. so i decided to follow him.
