Risa is an amazing language teacher. She understands that unlike many people who learn basic english at school, english speaking people maybe would only learn Japanese as a selective language at school. Risa has a slower expressive teaching method for us to more easily comprehend pronunciation by breaking words into syllables and distinct sounds.

I can just barely parse your sentence after about 12 days learning Japanese... Its something like "Risa is the best Japanese language teacher and the favorite teacher of mine, I will do my best". Is that close? I had to google translate a bit of the kanji

カップのお茶 お is a prefix that makes nouns polite form and good impression. Most of Japanese uses お茶 rather than 茶 in speech.

Ive been study japenese for about a year, im 11 btw. It gets easier, and doing a little a day gets you far. I cant speak perfectly, nor can i understand complex sentences yet, but im still having fun! My tips are to first learn hiagrana and katakana for convineince, i did that with risas video series. How i did it isnt probably the best but i can read so yeah. I basically crammed it all in one day, it helps ALOT to take notes and go over them. Maybe for you, or do whatever you want, learn a couple a day, which i do for vocabulary. And also learn the basic grqmmer and structures and youll start speaking in no time! I hope the best, were in this together. Sincerely, Me. 11 years old.
