What I really appreciate is that this workouts have pushed me. These are the hardest I have found on KZbin and they are taking me to the next level. I was getting bored with the easier HIIT classes. But now now! Thank you for the harder more complex routines. This has motivated me again!! I mean the only other thing that would make this better would be in person / group training, ha. Thank you HoyPro for these more challenging workouts!!!!!!!

I have always looked for a cardio like this! The real one! I was out of Sydney and Caroline's 60 min cardio and stumble here. My god! Held a two min plank I had so much energy! First 30 was a mental challenge then it flew by!! This has everything! Thank you! BURPEESSSSS!

First time, I took an additional 26 minutes to complete this, because 10-second breaks are wild, but I did complete it. I love these 60-minute workouts. Good job, dude. Second time, and I did it took only an additional 9 minutes to get through it. I made a conscious decision to do better than the first time, and I did. Wow. Let's see whether I can do better next time.

This deserves so much more views... I came here from few months of various 1 hour HIIT workouts I found on KZbin + Insanity workout by Shaun T, but this one definitely takes the cake as the hardest one! It's also the most fun one :) I enjoyed it very much and I'm looking forward to doing rest of your intense workouts.

He bud you should add music. It would layer an awesome element to your workout man. Also thank you for making it intense and mixing a variety of whole body movements to keep the heart rate up. The other HIIT workouts are mostly females so its not as intense as I would like. I just finished the Insanity workout so something not as intense but a step down while still have fun
