This is one of the best workouts that I've done in my 20 some odd years of exercising from home. The whole Eleve8 Challenge has been phenomenal so far. I ain't gonna lie though, that last leg burnout was torture, lol.

I know each exercise you teach me is so so so so beneficial, that even though I have belly fat, working on my form will help me improve my entire body overall. Great timing for a 60 minute workout, our treadmill stopped elevating last night so my husband has it all apart, I think he will get it fixed but I’ve got to do more until he does. I usually walk / run for at least 45 minutes when I get home from work. This one was really burning for sure. Thank you Sydney.

I love time under tension work! Was SO excited to crush this one! And, even several years after a C-section, my lower abs are difficult to target. I greatly appreciate lower ab focused work. Somehow these 60 minute workouts fly by! Sweaty and fun!

This workout was definitely a challenge and it was frustrating when it was hard to catch my breath, especially with the ab exercises, but you have helped me remember that this is only because I’m pushing myself. The burn during the whole workout was high.. but.. the last like 10-15min .. Let me tell ya - ma booty was on FIRE! :D What's also really exciting for me (what I want to share with you coz why not xd) is that 3 months ago - when I started to workout with Sydney I wasn't able to do a lot of those exercises - they were too hard and I had to modify.. And I kept doing the modified version every time since coz I thought .. you know .. "Its too hard" .. but since the last week or so I started to do the unmodified versions again. AND IM SHOOKETH! I can't even tell you how many times I started the exercise and thought "wait... I CAN DO THAT?!" Soooo.. yeah.. The way my body looks like did not change as much.. but the change is there, the strength is there. AND IM LIVING FOR IT! Maybe that's narcissistic - but I'm really proud of myself :D And you know what? You should be too.
