60. Very Sad NISMO LMGT1s

We ended up with these very sorry Nismo LMGT1s. Can we fix them?
At this stage.....we're not sure.

A guy here in W.A. imported about 20 sets of Nismo LMGT4s a few years back and sold them amongst his mates in the car scene - good GOD those are beautiful wheels! These LMGT1s also look gorgeous, it's a shame to see them in such a state.

Bar stools? Drive shaft for tube, covered in car upholstery fabric? Or do you have a big hydraulic press to try... I've heard of curb rash, but this is curb dermatitis.

Shame that the alloy can't be determined, and acquire some bar stock of similar thickness to see how it'll move. You might be able to get them but might have to sacrifice one or two to get the process down. I like fixing things that everyone else gave up on as just old broken or tired, I picked up an old utterly flogged flail mower (see what I did there) from the late 60's - early 70's and rebuilt it and it looks and works near as new. It was a bit of a pain and I'm pretty sure I bought some of the very last new old stock parts for it lol. I'm excited for the content even if you aren't. If you can get them back in, I'm certain it'd be a niiiice addition to the skillset.

I got the centres straight, was looking for a pair of lips because 2 of the originals were too far gone, then someone came in and offered a respectable amount for them and they're gone.

They are strong wheels so to bend them like that is quiet a achievement.

Really strong. That's why I'm a bit hesitant to promise a fix. Levels of difficulty 1-10. 1- Bent lip 2- bent centre 7- Bent Rays lip 28- Bent Rays centre.

I think these are replicas since the valve stem is drilled on the lip and the original has a cut out from inside the barrel
