From what I've heard about solitary confinement it is a form of torture & should be very tightly regulated with a prison having to apply to a court after 24hrs to keep someone confined & a judge & independent signing off on it every week & with no long periods allowed. If a judge & an independent doctor had to sign off on it each week then it would be harder for people to get lost in the solitary confinement system & harder for the prisons to abuse this cruel & unusual punishment.
@nickj15012 жыл бұрын
@Treedom Vellacroix you're the one out of touch.... I've met people who've been placed in solitary confinement for long periods & when they're released they are much worse than before they were imprisoned. It's not hard to regulate but many authorities like to abuse it & that's why so many people spend months or years confined & become a danger to others when released. You obviously like the idea of torturing people.

Solitary confident is considered torture because human beings need human contact.. Our brains aren't ment to be "by ourselves" for long stretches... After 3 or 4 days your brain starts to "play tricks on you" talking to yourself is just day one, responding to yourself and arguing with yourself is when it becomes mentally unstable conditions which is why it's torture.. Most of Europe banned solitary years ago but America uses it as a "tool of the trade" which is bad when u need to use torture to control people

Iowa doesn’t play I got a warrant for having 2 grams of weed and not paying the ticket, I bought a car in Minnesota cuz I didn’t have to Pay Cali state tax and I’m from MN. I was driving the car back to use for Turo in LA and got pulled over going 13 over at midnight in a widebody Charger and they gave me a speeding ticket, boom and I wasn’t even high giving me a ticket

Ion know I don't ever plan on going to prison but the type of person that I am I would prefer to be alone i do not want to be around a bunch of men you most definitely can't trust you can't be comfortable at all. I enjoy being free
