Pump and dump is possible only in illiquid options or stocks. Now important thing is whether the options recommended by Swapnanil were illuquid( or far out of the option). As I can see , Swapnanil recommended only Nifty or BankNifty options. By it's very nature, Nifty and Bank Nifty options ( whether in the money options , at the money options or out of the money options)are highly liquid. If illiquid nature of recommended options by Swapnanil cannot be proven, then Swapnanil cannot be accused of engaging in pump and dump practice.
