Great haul, as usual. I don't know if you were aware (I wasn't) that baked potatoes freeze very well and thaw/heat up well. I learned this from Pam on Rosered Homestead. I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas!

You can also scrape everything from the skins mix whatever you like in a baked potato fill the skins back up and freeze. Make your own twice baked potatoes yummy!
