I have autoimmune disorder hair loss, and I recenty tried a sample of the Christophe Robin scalp scrub. I was also afraid it might cause even more clumps to fall out in the shower than usual, but it wasn't a problem, and the scrub did a nice job of relieving dry scalp itch.

Yes - I do too - psoriasis that crept into my scalp. The day I washed my hair and found pretty much every strand from a certain area of my head in my hands honestly traumatized me. That was about 2.5 years ago, and since then, I've learned the value of scalp scrubs. They clear out excess skin cells (which, obviously, I have far too many of) to make room for new hair to grow. Amazing!!!

@@BlackWidow00741 buy yourself a good wig if you must go to a black owned beauty shop and they will greatly help you in finding a good wig that won’t look weird. I personally use wigs once in a blue moon which I go for the kind that you can lace up to tighten up around your head, wear a wig cap to hold all your hair after you put in small braids* of course and I also go for human hair.. Otherwise if you don’t follow these steps and go for a cheap wig of course it’s going to look bad no matter what you do…

I got the Rituals advent calendar last year & it was 100% worth it! The box itself was a decoration, almost all of the products were decently sized & we even got to give the things we didn't think we'd use away as gifts that same holiday season! The hair scrub is hands down the best!! I had gotten one from FabFitFun for the winter box this year same brand as the one you just got and I use it at least once a week to strip my hair of all the products I use because I have intense natural curly hair. From pricing that product alone I know the retail value is pretty up there but totally worth trying it’s not to hard on your hair in terms of making it fall out! And the feeling on the scalp is worth it 110%

I recently purchased an advent calendar from “The Body Shop” in Australia. They have 3 different coloured calendars. One with sample sizes, one with a mix of full size and sample size and one with only full size. Value for money is fantastic! It’s all bath/body/shower/skincare products. I got a daily hair cream of theirs in an allure box, it smelled beyond incredible! Sandalwood was mentioned on the bottle, I wish they sold it in an oil diffuser. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I don't know if anyone has said this but mascara originally came in a cake and you were supposed to use a stiff brush or spooling to apply it. It also could be used as eyeliner and for brows. It eventually came in a tube sometime in the 20th century so now we have more options!

I personally enjoyed this one. It didn't repeat itself from last year and the value definitely was there especially since I had a coupon code. I do wish there was more makeup but skincare is where the high priced items come from and I weirdly enjoy skincare roulette XD At least there were no stickers, hair bobbles, charms, coupons or packets containing a single vitamin in this one. Just an FYI if you didn't know but Look Fantastic and Glossybox are owned by the same company called the Hut Group. This occurred a couple years ago. So sometimes I see overlap. I didn't care for GB and all their bs of bait and switch so I stopped it after a year. I love LF even on their ok boxes. If you only get their advent calendar you should be fine. I personally really like cleansing oils over balms, but it has to be the right one. My favorite is the Innistree Hydrating cleansing oil, I have super dry skin and I love that one. I use duochromes and stuff that's hard to get off, and that one always gets everything off for me🙌

I actually love those warming eye masks, although I don't know that specific brand. Generally, though, they work very well to relax all the tiny muscles around m6 eyes and into my forehead - I spend too much time on my computer, and end up with tension headaches and eyestrain. These have made a difference, and I would recommend giving it a shot! (I will say, if you're prone to dry eyes or have medical concerns, possibly give it a pass.)

We do use biodegradable plastic and have for years - cellophane is (was) made from cellulose, so was viscose (Rayon). Then we started to replace the plant based plastics with oil based ones because it was cheaper and 'safer'.

There are several different kinds of green tea. Green tea in and of itself is just tea made from very young tea leaves. Matcha is a fine power made from green tea leaves that are grown and processed a certain way. It's full of antioxidants and is really good for you. I recommend looking up traditional tea ceremonies. They're mesmerizing to watch.

That Christopher Robin scalp scrub is AMAZING! I have very fine, curly hair and it leaves my scalp feeling clean, but not stripped. I only use it maybe once a month, but I do highly recommend it! A nice, clean, hydrated scalp helps with hair volume, too!

The Ordinary serum is a HA that is amazing at improving skins clarity and will help with correcting your skins texture. I use alot of products from this brand and they all actually work and I can see a huge difference. Especially if I run out and use another brand.

matcha is the actual leaves of the tea that you drink, which are ground into a powder. Green tea you throw out the leaves before you drink. Much more variety of green tea.

Try dermalogica precleanse. It totally takes everything off... even eye makeup. You put the least amount of the cleansing oil into your dry skin and smear it everywhere to remove makeup. Including over and around the eyes. It'll make a big gross colored mess on your face but..... after you've thoroughly rubbed it all over then you dampen your hands and wet your face and scrub again. You'll notice it emulsify (turn whitish) and this is the oil lifting ask the makeup from the surface of the skin. Then after emulsifying, rinse off and do your second cleanse with your favorite facial cleanser.

Oh my gosh, I just recently started using a scalp scrub & oil & it’s been a game changer in the health of my hair. I also have problems with thinning hair in certain areas & since I’ve started cleaning & oiling my scalp, I barely lose any hair while shampooing. Fir an spray bottles, the sprayer part might be clogged (I have had this problem a lot with hairsprays). Take a fine needle and put it in the little hole and sort of wiggle it around. You might get some hard or sticky residue when you pull it out. If you do, then clean the end of the needle and repeat until it comes out clean. I always test sprayers pointing them down into my sink. That way, just the sink gets wet!

I personally think this is a great calendar, its been one of the best that you have oppened this year. And the products are actually nice and full size not just "delux" products. The last two are great, I love the ordinary and the fact that its a full size. And girl, the vibrating thing, good, great... have fun hahaha
