This bug happened yesterday on the PBE. I managed to reach out few of the people affected and they were nice enough to send me their replays! Big thanks to all of them! In this case, what are we supposed to do? If we play with a bug in this genre we can be postponed to usebug and win easily, but this bug is caused by the game itself from the beginning of the game without it being done. Should we then AFK at the base not to abuse the bug? But then it is team abandonment and play no? In short, in any case, if you play you can be report for usebug (even if it's the game's fault), if you do not play to not abuse the bug you can also be report for AFK. You are being delayed because of the game that is developped with the ass.

Personally I think we should leave this exploit. of course nerf it, so it does not make 6000 ad lev one and 23 000 ms, but keeping numbers at around 300 and 1000 as early would help. Jhin damage is, unfortunately, miserable, and the only way to play him is around op crit. So lethality baffled would work too
