60007 Sir Nigel Gresley, plus Black 5 and more at Marholm ECML 16/11/2024

Highlights from a morning at Marholm to see 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley and Black 5 44871on two separate railtours bound for York.
Also featured are freshly painted 66041 on the 4D56 Plasmors reverting back to its old route via the ECML, and 60028 on the Ravenhead sand.

That brought back memories. Travelled on Sir Nigel Gresley when I was a child in the late 70s. It was painted green back then.

Good to catch up briefly again Chris - shame there wasn't more of interest around the time of the two charters. I see you waited for the sand and a few more freight in the end though - luckily I chose the footbridge at Ketton for 60028 as 66715 would've totally bowled it had I gone to the foot crossing!
