To my own research In USA, individuals living in cars due to partial homelessness result from a complex interplay of factors. High housing costs relative to income, stagnant wages, and income inequality drive this issue. Job loss, weak social support, medical expenses, evictions, and lack of affordable housing also contribute, while systemic problems and inadequate policies further perpetuate the phenomenon.

Amid today's dynamic market, the key difficulty is pinpointing the right time to buy or sell when dealing with trending stocks - a seemingly simple task but challenging in reality. My portfolio has grown by more than 5 figures within just a year, and i have entrusted my advisor with the task of determining entry and exit points.

There is that, but that's California policies. They have very high taxes. It's not a state everyone can live in on a lower income. I've known that for years. People maybe need to move out of CA. There are shelters for people who can't afford things, as long as you're not doing drugs, etc. Local counties have resources available and you can look things up at the library for free.

You’re making an assumption and that’s what they want everyone to sit there and do. These developments are structured under a different assistance program whereby a tenant can pay 30, 40, or 50%. There are many programs under the umbrella of Section 8, not just one. I had a friend living in “affordable housing” and her unit was 50%. That made her still responsible for a monthly portion of over $900 on a fixed income. Why would the money go back? It goes to the landlord, the owner or owners of the building. Every penny.

In the 90’s our corrupt government, nationwide, decided to tear down most of the housing projects and instead pay rents (section 8), bringing millions of renters into the rental market- one of many reasons housing is out of reach for a growing number of Americans, all the reasons created by government- The housing projects were well planned, they were near schools, bus lines, walking distance from industrial areas with work, they had health clinics/hospitals nearby, parks and recreation centers- But they were planned & built during a time when our government was semi decent, semi honest and sorta wanted to fix things, then the 90’s brought us what has become the most corrupt, most disconnected, most self serving government that even surpassed the corruption of the late 1800’s/early 1900’s that brought us the Great Depression and wars- This tearing down housing projects, turning them into lofts for the yuppies then building multi billion $ ‘solutions’ for the ‘unhoused’, anyone can see are failures is symbolic of our times

People leave other cities and move to California because of the incentives from the government. That’s part of people’s hate, that these unproductive people are taken care of by the government. Now they will give these people who have not earned it a beautiful highrise that I cannot afford to live in working full time a basically free place to live that is paid for with taxpayer money. The people living here will continue to get excessive taxpayer money and will still be on the street begging for tax free money. It’s ridiculous.

My downtown has the same apartments and it helped a little for the homeless who want to stay in the apartments but they like to cross the light without waiting for there turn. They need cops to patrol that area constantly so that the homeless are kept on check. Because it’s not safe and they are to high to realize

What a FANTASTIC idea! What could go wrong? 1. Pruitt-Igoe housing project erected in 1954, 2. Cabrini Greens public housing, Chicago 3. Jordan Downs, Watts , LA 4. Louis Heaton Pink Houses, Brooklyn 5. Johnston Square Apartments Baltimore 6. Queensbridge Houses, Queens 7. Robert Taylor Homes, Chicago

I work for a GC that specializes in these type of projects and after 2 weeks these buildings are completely destroyed. A lot of the homeless just use them to store their stuff while they continue living on the streets.
