S160 6046 takes the morning train to Ipstones loop through Bradnop on the Cauldon Low branch on a misty Sunday 11th February 2024, the steady beat of the engine being felt and heard reverberating from the cutting walls either side of the tunnel. The valley down at Cheddleton on the return journey presented a much clearer prospect.
