This is such a beautiful rose box. I love your attention to details and making sure you do your best to make each order with what your customer wants, no matter how hard it is for you! You really care and it shows in every project. I can see why you love that color of mica. It is rich and looks like satin; even after it cures. I have ink lab markers and thought it was so strange that the set didn't come with yellow and a couple other popular colors. 👏👏👏 amazing work❤

Hi Michelle, I love your rose box. I have a trick for you. If you want to make a metallic colour, you can mix acrylic silver metallic paint, with any other colour acrylic, and it will make it a metallic. You can also mix metallic acrylic paint colours, so you can customise the colour you want . Hope this is helpful x❤

For an experiment I mix my resin when that was done i put the mice powder and mixed it in with my hand mixer and there was no lumps and clumps. It came out beautiful

I don’t think you need to, you will only use a tiny bit otherwise it will affect the color you chose.

I didn’t fill the flowers with resin first only because the sides would not have matched. I didn’t have any yellow powders that would have stayed yellow under resin so this was my only option to get her yellow flowers.

Very pretty...I would like to ask ...do you wash your molds before you use them...and do you wash them after each use..and do you use soap and warm water to clean them...I'm new to this and I might ask dumb questions...but I real want to learn the right things to do

I don’t usually unless it’s completely necessary. Then I use soapy water. In the cheap molds they are pretty resilient but the handmade molds are very delicate, two different silicones.

Michelle, have you seen the broken glass effect? I know you use a 1 to 1 and a 2 to 1 resin but the videos I have seen have not been clear on amounts of each. Also Daniel Cooper has made resin paper, it looks so cool. I wonder if it would work as a background for coasters? Have you tried it?

I don’t do all those techniques because none of them will give the “recipe” and they all use a different resin that I can’t get here. So I left all that to them overseas. It would be nice if they told us details but none of them have 😏 I literally last night at 1:30 am saw the resin paper he made! Super cool and I may just do it, even with some extras!

To be fair if you consider the amount of resin you save by getting it right the first time or the amount of time you save not fixing problems not having alcohol in it created then if you in fact ruin the mold and have to buy another one you've technically saved enough money by using the alcohol it paid for itself🤷‍♀️
