11월 중순 언니 동생 저의 자매가 다녀온 쿠알라룸프르 센트럴마켓이랑 차이나타운 눈에 선하네요 웅장한 트윈타워도 구경하고 이틀간 쿠알라룸프르 잼있게 다녀왔고 3일째 되는날 말라카 로 이동해 여행하고 왔어여 저도 여동생 덕분에 자유여행으로 다녀 왔는데 좋았습니다 👍

I am an American citizen and am staying in Kuala Lumpur for a month after being in Bangkok for work. I am writing 100% honestly about my feelings over the past 10 days. My impression of Malaysia is that people are lazy and unfriendly. In particular, people of Malay descent are extremely lazy and get things done too late. Chinese Malaysians are quick to get things done. And I am really having a hard time to understand Malay-English. There are a lot of Bangladeshi and Syrian refugees, so security is unstable. Subways and buses are cheaper than Bangkok. Food prices are a little more expensive than in Thailand. And really, the three ethnic groups - Malays, Chinese, and Indians - live completely isolated. There is no interaction whatsoever, just the minimum necessary conversation. It feels like I'm in State of Arkansas. This was really amazing.

An actual American would not be bringing up Bangladeshis out of nowhere; they do not devalue you as a human due to skin colour, unlike Indonesians who worships light coloured skin and refuses to accept dark skinned people as human with feelings and rights of their own. An American is also used to being in multiracial society, so no overtly racist comments made in sweeping statement will be made so casually, unlike ugly comment made by this Indonesian about my race, as well as Syrian and Bangladeshis.

60대에 철없으면 안되는데... 철이 일찍 들어야 부모님이 나를 위해 고생하시는 것도 알게되는건데... 물론 그렇다는 얘기겠지만... "철없는 부부"라는 애칭은 별로 달가운 애칭은 아닌듯.
