No. Consumption and production are equally to blame. He needs to do his job on his side of the border which is tackle and dismantle production. We need to do our job to minimize the desire for consumption. Its not one or the other. In fact, its insulting to see this leader not take any responsibility for drugs coming FROM his country. No one is asking for him to solve the drug crisis in the US. But he does need to handle the cartels and drug production in his country. What he did was shift any blame on the Mexican side to completely being on the Americans. "AmERica BaD" reasoning isn't the only explanation of this issue. No doubt we have an issue with "legal" drug abuse, but that is actually being tackled and address and a separate issue. Fentanyl and other drugs illegally being sold here are coming from his country. The journalist criticizes a lot about drugs but does not say that American citizens are also involved in the business and they are also cartels that are dedicated to distributing and also the United States is guilty of selling or allowing illegal weapons to drug traffickers in Mexico... why export drugs to the United States ? It is because the drugs that are exported to the USA earn a lot because the dollar is worth more than the peso... if there were not that difference, exporting drugs would no longer be a business... it is urgent that the peso be equal to the dollar to that it is not seen as a business that leaves a profit... it may not solve the problem but it will surely be reduced

SHAME ON YOU. AMLO s signature infrastructure projects routinely skirt the law. The Dos Bocas oil refinery under construction in his home state of Tabasco has violated an agreement with Mexico’s environmental protection agency which forbade the destruction of the site’s mangroves, home to many endangered species. Moreover, the rapid ballooning of the price tag for the project from $8 billion to $12.5 billion and counting raises troubling questions about the original contracting process. The Tren Maya, a new railroad set to ferry tourists up and down the Yucatan peninsula, similarly has ignored environmental restrictions as well as legally required consultations with local indigenous communities. More broadly, government procurement has become more opaque, with more than three out of every four projects now awarded in no-bid contracts. And for many of its infrastructure outlays, the government has taken to claiming a national security exception to keep the details hidden. HIS FAMILY HAS STOLEN BILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

The phone number of the NYT reporter is on her Lnked in profile. the refinery is essential for the energetic dependency of Mexico. that's why he also bought the refinery in Deer park TX.
@Christian_Sandoval9 ай бұрын
What? What voting process did Sheinbaum went through, exactly? She'd been called the succesor for the last 6 years and then unsurprisingly won some poll. A lot of candidates were murdered in 2018, with the blessing of the oligarchy, organized crime was obviously trying to boicot the elections that AMLO won. Just yesterday, PT candidate for Atoyac, Guerrero was murdered. They are trying again the same boicot against an election MORENA is surely going to win, only worse for this election, and your reaction is to pretend like all that violence is fake news. Also, your own LinkedIn page is an appropiate place for sharing your phone number if you want to, it's very different when it's shared in a confrontational manner to millions of people watching the daily En familia con chu abuelo AMLO that had no bussiness or reason to even look up for that number. That's called doxxing and it's awful when it happens. Specially form a chief of state, that was beyong petty, it's like Canelo fighting against a toddler. Trying to minize criticism towards AMLO with lies works against 4T's interest, why would you sink to the level of AMLO opositors? Those guys that insist on giving Felipe Calderón's nicknames like "Cacas" or "Narcopresidente" to AMLO are the reason he's so high in the polls. When they hit low, AMLO takes the highground, when they lie about him, AMLO seems that much more honest. Really, you don't have to do anything for MORENA to win the election, their opositors are doing all the work for you. So why would say all that BS about Sheinbaum being voted, no candidates killings (or pre-candidates, they matter too for crying out loud) and trying to justify doxxing? You have to realize it would be more convenient for the 4T if you rather share no false comments about them, right? What is this? Like AMLO said, are you trying "to smear if not stain" the oposition? No lo haga, compa.

Violence in Mexico has grown thanks to his government, also civil assassinations. He blames China for drug trafficking, but more and more laboratories are found in Mexico. He is no friend of the US, he is using diolomacy to mantain power and the drug cartels. His family also funds many shady businesses with US petrol companies and last but not least, he is a Putin fan, the Russian military was in Mexico during the national parade celebrating the 1910 Mexican revolution. Not a friend but a foe.
