I remember the Nixon years. Compared to today Richard was a saint. The corruption has done nothing but get worse. Thanks for sharing.

How things have changed. The interviewer asks a question, not one 2 minutes long, then lets the interviewee answer the question, without constant interruption. Then he uses their words to continue, not pursuing his own agenda, and keeps the interview going to where he wants it to go. Journalists seeking answers not sound bites.

remember that there was no streaming technology ( which is how we got here) no social media the world 🌎 wasn’t one big chat room- sound bites and click bait pay 💰- for instance someone went deep in the archives for this post - thats why it’s so refreshing! it’s nostalgic if u will -in todays promo heavy media it would have been rolled out with lies n propaganda for viewers of course something along the lines of : “ ehrlichman admits he snd nixon were partners in crime “😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

There's a reason why the man was re-elected by a large margin. I know the liberals mostly hate him, but he was a damn solid President particularly in the foreign policy realm.

Facts! The watergate "so called" scandal was a crock of 💩blown way out of proportion. Nixon and his crew got caught for doing what most politicians have done since Jefferson, and are still doing today! At least Nixon didn't steal an election like Kennedy and Biden did. The hypocrisy by the left.

My dad was a die hard Nixon supporter. When the interviewed Nixon was asked to compare himself to kennedy and stated that he had no money or connections and had clawed his was up through sheer determination I realized that that was what attracted my dad to Nixon. My dad was, for the most part, a self made man. Even though my dad was a right wing reactionary, watching this made me feel better because even though my dad died in 2009 and would have had no idea how our country has gone. My right wing dad would never support a failure rich kid like Trump.
