This is the first time I have seen this. She was the epitome of class and grace. How she spoke so eloquently only months after MLK Jr. had been killed. She stood by what they believed which was non violence even after his death and carried the torch. What a remarkable woman indeed!❤❤

Neither Coretta nor ANY of her children appeared saddened, much less did any of them shed a single tear over the 'alleged' death of her husband and their father, MLK, while spending their first Christmas following his death, less than nine months prior. It was as if they all knew he were alive and well and the assassination were a hoax, OR that he wasn't the children's real father and he meant nothing to them.

Coretta was the epitome of elegance, class, grace and strength. She was in a "class" by herself. And she's right we'll never find another King. As she said, a leader of his caliber once in a 1000 years or a lifetime.

She was 51 when she passed. MLK III will be 65 this year Dexter 61 and Bernice will be 59 this year all his children outlived him .he was so young only 39 and never see his 40th birthday and crying shame only someone want to take his life for no reason and that inexcusable act for that person part and his children had go through that pain and trauma and their children thinking about their father each day and missing him. My heart goes out to them.

Martin Luther King always has a special place, in my heart, for all the works he did. A very smart, intelligent, and brave man. I was glad to hear my grandchild speaking to me about what they learned in school, about him. I've had to have them over, for some days, to do virtual school. While at some times, they can get disruptive, this last MLK Day, in school, I told them to be like MLK kids, that day, because MLK had good kids. They really seemed to work on their behavior most of that day. I love this 60minute interview with Coretta, and their kids. Coretta speaks so intelligently, just like MLK, and I can see how they were like soulmates. She's so refined, and has been like a role model, to me. Always be sad that this beautiful family was torn apart, behind MLK death, but Coretta did a mighty, mighty fine job, of holding them together. But still. We'll understand it all, by and by.✌🏽❤🙏🏻🌷🌲🎵
