I was a set medic for three years. On a car commercial one of the clients (production reps from the car company. Basically upper management in the crew hierarchy) threw a breakfast burrito at one of the caterers because she made his order wrong. It was such a horrendous, disgusting, disrespectful action on his part. But because of his position in the hierarchy, nothing was done. No reprimanding, nothing. There's LOTS of horrible shit that happens on set...

I went back and watched some ATA and I think the person who Natalie said was a friend but who bad mouthed her on ATA could have been Kyle, he basically called Natalie a stirrer. I wonder if he just did that because the producers teased it out of him as she describes in the episode I doubt he really meant that
