The late, great Jack Hargreaves (Widely recognised as one of the greatest anglers who ever lived) reckoned he would have a good session one in four. Well done for sticking at it

I usually fish with more heavy duty gear than you up here in Michigan, not wanting to take chances, but I bow before a master. To catch such huge fish on light gear takes patience and great skill. You the man.
