Please let us know which river you are on. I enjoy your videos and it has motivated me to get out for catfish. Well I got out last evening on my local river, the Susquehanna. Stiff wind and choppy water ahead of a rain storm but I pulled a Channel Cat out the size that I like for the table. Cooked it up for my wife and she said "get me some more". Music to my ears.

So the cool brim is called a pumpkin seed. Might need to try a surf fishing trick... boat your bait way out from shore

As a fisherman myself, seeing the rod bend down like that gets my heart pumping as if I was there fishing.

I was catching a few fish for lunch one morning at the local lake and a guy that had just arrived as I was leaving saw my stringer and he just kept pointing at the fish and saying $2 . He apparently wanted to buy them rather than work for them and didn't want to take no for an answer .
