Philippines didnt answer the question directly otherwise she would have placed higher. The judge asked her what can be done about people who already have an education but cannot get a job. Very hard question, I still believe she should have placed higher.

I was getting a deja vu from this set of Top 5. The 60th edition's Top 5 had only one English speaker from their answers (The Philippines answered in English, the rest were in the other languages from Angola, Ukraine, Brazil, and China) and the 69th edition has only one Asian made into the Top 5 (India) and the rest were Latinas (Dominican Republic, Mexico, Brazil, and Peru) and the only Asian made into the Top 5 finished 3rd Runner-Up. Combining both of these editions based from the set of Top 5 will have this edition.

Pia and Cat is beautiful but not as beautiful compared to Ariella and Shamcey, but that's just my take. I considered Rabiya to be really exotic but her enhancements before MU did not do her good. How i wish Krisnah from MUPH 2023 represented at MU 2023, lots of foreigners love her. Michelle Dee is not bad but i feel like she's way too overrated.

The likes of Ariella, Shamcey and Miriam were I personally consider the most beuatiful and elegant looking. Surprisingly, they were also well loved by foreigners more compared to most half Filipinos who went on to represent on MU.

my memories in this Top 5 announcement is still fresh after a decade. The MU coronation night happened after a mega typhoon havok the Visayas region and took many lives and our internet line was cut off. One of our PC rental shop (when its still a thing) is still open and luckily watched it live and that announcement of 4th spot got me in the edge of my seat! such a relief my country made it through! my favorite memories of watching this edition

My opinion: Ecuador - Did not answer the question about ‘what would happen’. Just rambles on about technology and using it properly. Brazil - While she doesn’t directly answer what her opinion is on those countries, it’s pretty much inferred that she doesn’t support it. The strongest answer of the night in my opinion. Not sure why she placed 5th. Spain - Did not answer the question at all. It was about getting more women into political positions. Not about the attributes a woman should have to be selected. Philippines - Did not answer the question either. She misinterpreted it. It was about the lack of job opportunities. Not about what can be done for those that are jobless as they lack qualifications. Venezuela - There were two parts to this question. She completely ignored the first part about her fear and went straight to how we can handle it. So I guess the question was sort of answered. Was rooting for Philippines that night but looking back, she actually did mess up here. Would’ve preferred if Brazil won but Venezuela did great too!

Had the scores from the Swimsuit and Evening Gown not combined, Ukraine and Great Britain would've taken Philippines and Brazi's place. Ariella ranked 9th in the evening gown while Brazil was 6th.

Unfortunately the National Directors possibly agreed with the rule change by combining both swimsuit & evening gown scores to determine the Final 5 and possibly already implemented since then as proved by 2018 & 2019 editions where both rounds combined. Ecuador's very high score in the EG compensated her into the final 5 despite her low swimsuit score. If Ecuador scored very high why Ukraine and Great Britain can't? Unless you can Ecuador's EG score was overscored?
