hey great video! actually it was the exact tutorial i needed for my prooject, just one question though, why exactly to you tranform the clip back to black and white? so that the colors match with the gameboy creen afte you its blend in? Cant quite figure out why exactly you do it and really would like to understand what is your thought process behind it! thanks in advance :)

Slow reply sorry! But i think that step is not completely neccesary. I may do it differently now. Do what feels good! I think you dont need to use the 4 green colors beyond having a visual idea on what it'll look like when composited back on the screen. Otherwise you will always work in black and white to begin with while you want your pixel art to be in shades of green when designing! But its entirely up to you!
