* Please note some users are reporting an error when importing this pack into ToneX. I believe this is a result of it being exported on a beta build with the new effects. IK is helping me fix this issue and I should have a resolution in a day or so... I apologize for the inconvenience. - HW

HW, I've been trying to get in touch for sometime. I also have some sort of error with the Inspired by John Mayer pack as well. i've tried a few different ways. is there an email specifically for this type of thing?

This now has to be my favourite Tone Junkie Kemper pack and I've bought a good few of them. Absolute stonker of a rig pack... !!! Not always happy with the buys from tone Junkie stable but that said I realised that I needed to do more work to learn to use the various controls in Kemper properly to get a sound that I like. Taken a while but getting there . Just need to go back over the rigs I have bought and see if I can 'fix' them to suit my taste. Clearly bought rigs that I shouldn't have as they would never do for me. But hey they aren't overly expensive so all been worth it..?

HW - Love the sound of the new pack, but in the future, can you move the post-it notes over to the left side of the screen (over Sooze right shoulder) so they are not covering up the fretboard? I learn so much from Sooze chord shapes and progressions - its a shame to cover them up.

Bought this pack and when I try to import into Tonex it tells me “Invalid Tone Model Version, Update Tonex” but I am already on the latest version with all the new effects….please help.

Same here, I tried going back to 1.7.6 and still get the same error as on 1.8.

Shoot us an email, I think it’s because we did the tone model export on the beta build. I’ll try exporting again on the current 1.8. I’ll update and resend but shoot em an email if you can
