Perhaps a thumb drive with a list of links and info everything on PD from "reputable" sources. To include free pdf books on PD, yoga and even exercise! In addition, the data could be refreshed yearly on the thumb drive to keep it relavant. Maybe even a stress ball! :-) Good stuff guys! Kudos!

Really wonderful ideas that can bring comfort to others just starting the journey. I learned a hack from a PD friend… you know the little box that comes with earplugs? I put a days worth of Levocarb in it then stash it in my bra… if I’ve forgotten to bring my pills with me, or an emergency happens, I’m covered!

Hello…Thanks for what you’re doing with your videos. I’m 74 and was “officially” diagnosed with Parkinson’s about 2.5 years ago. So far I’ve been able to stay pretty much where I was at when first diagnosed. I have a professional background in fitness and healthy nutrition so am hopefully doing all that I should be doing in those two disciplines. Regarding your kit I’m clueless as to why an electric toothbrush would help one dealing with rigidity as implied by Brian?

It helped me (Jessica) as well. When brushing my teeth, my hand/arm would get tired because my arm would be so tense and rigid with the motion. Going to an electric toothbrush, I don't have to make that constant movement/motion for 2 minutes.
