by default , the 340i have zf8hp50 , so 500Nm, but the next one ( the M's) is 760Nm ... so I guess the hp50 is between 500 and 700 ? anybody ?

8hp50 Dauerbelastung 500nm. Das Getriebe hat Reserven. Aber das ist zuviel. Ob das paar Jahre hält ist die Frage.

@@Bronxi83 Translation results : mein G02M40i hat den hp50, der 500 Nm hat, aber das Auto hat schon 500 Nm. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob BMW ein Getriebe an die Höchstgrenze gesetzt hat, und auch das B58 mit 500 Nm ist das kleinere. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was sie im X4M verwenden (der 510 PS + 650 Nm hat) ( google translate )

@@Tupeutla Das müsste das 8hp76z sein. Auch im neuen M3/M4 verbaut. 480ps Version hat 550nm und der Competition 510ps hat 650nm. Meines Wissens. Also genug Reserven. Ich habe im 340 das 8hp50 und fahre 600nm. Das reicht auf Heckantrieb. Mein Tuner sagt es geht mehr aber der Wandler soll nicht so hart belastet werden. Grüsse
