ZL1's have a U-Turn assist feature which is activated by rotating the steering wheel in the direction of the turn and pressing the accelerator to the floor .

This thing is a beast, the '17 ZL1 had supercharger failures from the factory however with the intercooler leaking out destroying the bricks. After 3 years of chevy blowing me off saying nothing was wrong I went to the speed shop chevy sent me 2 who confirmed the failure and it was exactly as the internal service bulletin from chevy described. A weld and brick replacement would've fixed it but chevy wouldn't sell the bricks, all or nothing. $7295 for the replacement of the stock 1.7. For $200 more I bought the whipple 2.9 and running a minimal boost it dynoed at 785 crank hp, 647 at the wheels, this platform can be cranked up to a max of 1100hp. I'll never do that as it's my daily driver but I may do the meth injection which will push it up to about 900hp, IMO what I have now is enough for me. Now that it's finally running right it does the 1/4 mile in the low 11's, plenty fast enough for my needs as I'm in it every day but chevy screwed me over big time. 10% + or - had this failure and I'll never buy another chevy, I was jacked up waiting on the C8 ZO6, but after the way they blew me off that will never happen, which angers me even more. After I had to lemon law my '15 SRT Challenger I took that check and bought the '17 ZL1 with an extended warrantee they screwed me anyway. So much more to it but I'll leave it here.

They don’t sell them in Australia anymore and they were converted to right hand drive by HSV. The worst part is for the people that have purchased them as HSV keep little to no spare parts and they don’t give a sh..t either!!!

This Camaro sounds spectacular! Brutal too! I don't think any Euro V8's even come close to the sound of this! I was never a great fan of the V8 sound, I've always preferred an I6 or V12 but in the past few years the American manufacturers have been makng some incredible V8 motors! I think my favorite is still a new Mustang V8 but I seem to have a new appreciation for the lumpy sound of a V8! Oh, and artificially injected sound should get a manufacturer and automatic trip to automotive prison, what a honest way to admit failure! I never expected it from the likes of BMW, their I6's were legendary, but here they are now, the king of fake sounds and cheep visual tricks.
