wow that's heaven and earth difference to your other video of it! i dont think you should call it terrible anymore. and you're really making a case for a bigger bore kit once i get my hands on one. not that i'd need the kit, here in Netherlands you gotta look for hills to find em. but still, goes amazing, much better than my current scooter.

Is it Plug And Play on a3ms?i got one almost stock and it goes 60😊

It was mostly plug and play, only the small end bearing required a little modification - although I could have just purchased a different bearing :)

Im looking to put a kit on my Tomos A3. Where did you buy the kit from and what is your spec? I believe the bush is the same as the Puch but i cant seem to find anywhere which sells them :/

The kit is a DMP 65cc Aluminium jug & head for a Tomos A35 engine. I bought it as a package from TomoShop.nl (Part #10014 on their site). I bought the bush from YPVSpares.com (Part #PM1265) although any 12mm Puch bearing will work. You will also need to buy an A35 manifold, a reed block and gaskets - and suitable carb or jets. I am running a Dellorto 14/12 with >56 jets. The manifold is a standard "28kph Stock" manifold from TomoShop.nl with the restrictor collar removed.

Thanks for the info :) I will get on there now and order some parts. Its a shame to swap the crank to the 12mm needle roller as it has only done 43 miles from new.

One thing I would recommend, is buying a standard bronze bushing as well as the needle roller. I bought a couple of different roller bearings and none of them ended up fitting, the bronze bushing meant I could at least get it up and running!

From what a gather the bush from YPVSpares is good for around 9500 rpm so hopefully if i press the existing bush out and replace with that it should be good to go?

Should be - just don't make my mistake, and make sure to run it plenty rich - as you might see in my next video I seized it later that day !
