Your axle install made me smile as I remembered an older Ford truck off the instate as the axle breading went bad, axle was out of the housing tube almost to the splines. Having a “Break-In” gear oil is different. Unique equipment requires unique gear oil!

I did a frame of restomod on my 66 C/10 when I was about 20 years old, I'm 60 now. I'm enjoying watching you build this 66 GMC with obviously a much higher budget than I had back then. Thanks for sharing Levi, keep up the great work.

Wouldn’t that ebrake part go on before the axle so you don’t have to machine .5 off of the axle?

This will not fit my 66 C10 you are not showing all the fabrication you did mine is original right from the factory thank God
