Very helpful video! I am doing rust repair on my 62, so this panel along with a new roof will help. Sadly some other areas I'll have to fabricate since nobody makes or sells those panels for a 62 yet. A pillar and above the doors inside. Thanks.

Hard work Dave, but thanks to an engineer who built the stamping and you for putting in, makes it sound and look easy. Good time to buy a 5 gallon bucket of Vise-Grips. Tech tip; Each manufacturer of panel adhesive has its own working time, cleaning to surface for prep and temperature range. Ask, call or read up on the product you may purchase. Dave, good explanation! I think “Smoosh” is a technical term. I have looking for a way to include this word in my daily vocabulary. “Honey, can you “Smoosh” some butter between those pancakes?” That works for me! Thanks to Dave and Brothers, I already feel smarter!

inexpensive spot weld cutters are not worth it, I found a quality sharp drill bit was much better or spend the money on a high end cutter.
