I'm just behind her and have been working out, body building, power lifting, dancing professionally (theatrical and Afrikan), sports... since I was 19. I can say with a certainty that "looking like that" being able to do what she does at 66 doesn't happen in three months or a year... To look like that at 66 you had to have looked like that at 36. It's not impossible, just really improbable and difficult (to sustain). So start now... There's no such thing as impossible or can't. Just do something and do it often and well. Check our 84 year old Ernestine Shepherd.

@@tiwantiwaabibiman2603 that’s awesome! I agree she must have been super athletic her entire life. I’m only 25, been weight training for 5 years now. Lord willing I will keep it up till I’m physically unable to go. Lol. I strive to be like Ernestine if I make it to her age!! She’s extremely strong too for anyone, regardless of her age, period! I'm 62 yr old 100% disabled vetetan. I had a hip replacement then six months later a quadruple bypass. I have been exercising, hiking and eating organic whole foods for 10 years. I didn't let those two major surgeries stop me. I am back hiking eight weeks post open heart surgery as of today, to include weight lifting, swimming. Lost 25 more pounds. I have snow white hair and am in better shape than most people half my age. Move it or lose it! The stronger you are as you age, the longer you live an active joyful life. It was my years of exercise and fitness that prevented me from having heart damage during my Myocardial Infarction leading to my bypass.

Of course we don't know her genetic heritage and how she lived when she was younger although it does seem that she had not to fight obesity. What I love is her sense for reality knowing well that she is aging. Age is not only a number. It is a reality we have to face. I höre we can do that with grace.

Yeah, right, keep telling yourself this and one day, at 66 get a rotator cuff injury and see how long it takes to recover and compare it to the time you needed when you were 25 and we'll see if age is just a number. By the way, that lady has no business doing olympic lifts at her age, there are ways to be as healthy and strong without putting a 66 year old structure through that risk. As a former personal trainer, sick and tired of how clients are lazy and unfocused, doing something totally different now, I'm only interested in my fitness now, I can tell you that show casting this woman is totally wrong, she's the 1% of the 1 % of the 0.10% out there. I wish I could show you the 50+ crowd that has been totally distroyed by injuries sustained while trying to do what 30 years old are supposed to do, people who thought age was just a number. Go ahead, destroy my comment and tell me I'm a negative loser. One day, in 30 years, you'll remember this comment and will regret trashing it.
