Baby boy couldn’t handle getting himself ready or even doing anything on his own. That probably why he lived with Ant’s mother in law for almost a year when they moved up there. Opie couldn’t handle searching for an apartment until he was probably forced to. He probably would have forced Kenny to set up his podcast if he had the money or will to do so. Look at Ant. Ant paid Keith the Cop to do a lot of the heavy lifting on his podcast.

When it exists over a certain threshold in someone we call it OCD. Ant is also right, though: those superstition rituals aren't really OCD. People with OCD will also have a lot of 'superstition' rituals and the OCD will make them worse, but they're not actually OCD.
