This isn't as much of a How To video as it is more of a video of our experience in tackling this install. There are many installation videos on this topic so we didn't feel the need to do a step by step.

Wouldn't just leaving the front bumper on to temporarily hold the frame in place work as well or better than the piece of angle welded to the top of the frame?

I bet it would! Although in a small garage the bumper would take up a bit more room.

Water and soap ! Some purple cleaner at least

For sure! We definitely used purple cleaner on it! That stuff works pretty good.
