This building is worth every penny they’re asking for. Very elegantly designed and built with spacious rooms and some of the best amenities installed . However the smallest shortcoming to me is the fact that they have fewer electrical outlets in all the rooms. They usually have less than 4 outlets in a rooms especially the living rooms, just my opinion. If someone ca afford it, they may also have more things that need to be connected

Those are split ACs you don't have to turn them all at once. If you are not in a particular room you do not turn on that specific AC.
