Listening to UG Krishnamurti took me to a place beyond Ramana and all that Self Enquiry garbage. I practised Self Enquiry for about 20 years and got no closer to the goal of enlightenment till I gave up. Then and only then Moksha 'attained me' through another avenue. Besides I never found any 'I' thought since as the observer you are the subject I / eye and can never separate yourself from that to view yourself as an object. I found this to be utter bunkum. The eye cannot see itself (Kena Upanishad). KA
