I read 80% if you own the trailer and pay insurance 65-70% is average

Hey, I'm considering leasing a truck from a carrier and I'm new to fuel hauling. However, I'm not new to trucking. I've been trucking for nearly 4 years now. Mainly OTR. Does your company operate out of Texas? West Texas, Amarillo in particular.

How hard would it be to lease a sleeper truck? I mean getting into and out of different places. Or is day cab way to go? I'm also leased to tanker company at 67%

If you mean leasing onto Colonial and running gas stations, some can be tight. You definitely have to know where you’re going and I recommend looking at google street view. If you have the option to get a Daycab, I’d go with that. There’s a handful of times I’ve wished I had a sleeper, but the pros of a Daycab outweigh the need for the sleeper.

That 275k was made between working in Jacksonville, FL, Savannah, and now Ohio. I’m leasing my truck through the company. It’s a lease purchase. My truck is a 2017 Pete 579 glider kit.
