It was a glider kit bought from Fitzgerald back in 2018 by the company I’m leased to. I’m in a lease purchase with them.

I can just feel that all that cold unburned diesel fuel cleaning all the oil off the rings, metal scraping on metal, cutting thousands of miles of life from your engine.

Not really. Use good oil. Plus my fuel dilution in the oil is always less than 2%

I'm not talking about fuel dilution, I'm talking about cylinders filled with thick white vapor of unburned fuel. it's like spraying down your combustion chamber with solvent. The guys at Motul explain how rough it can be: "The temperature differentials experienced during a cold start, when the engine transitions from cold to operating temperature, can create stress within the engine. These stressors can lead to micro-cracks in components, reducing their durability and contributing to long-term wear."

@@htschmerdtz4465 it’ll be fine. There’s Detroits that have gone over a million miles that cold start every winter. I’m not worried about it honestly.
