Since PS fluid can get pretty hot I think the hose was just not crimped properly. The hose relaxed and popped off. Merry Christmas Wally.

I agree that I will never be sure why it blew out but. I have never believed in coincidence 🙂. Also now I am back to stock looking and reduced under hood temps as well so cannot wait for warm weather.... 5 months from now )-:

Bummer. I could use basically all of that stuff but live in the U.S., especially the door. I have two late 67’s and one is a C-Code car. Hope someone picks them up.
