I'll probably give this a try sometime next year. It looks very well done. The wooden rib I bought at Nceca earlier this year works nicely. Great job on your tools. Chat soon

I hope you make a smaller one for the little Amazon 10” wheel…. The ones that do not use bat pins. I love what you’ve done with the one shown.

My wife and I are weekend potters. I've been waiting for this to become available to purchase. I understand the cost of your tools are related to the small production runs you are doing. I currently am using several of your trimming tools and throwing tools. I placed 2 of the Aluminum bat systems into a cart for purchase. When I got to the shipping however, the cost was $250 USD to ship to Canada. Total cost was $1100.00 Canadain plus taxes at the boarder. Sorry my friend, that will not work for me. I've had many things shipped from the US to Canada but this is way to much.

If you live in foreign country, I don’t think you can order from my SquareSpace shop. Email me through my website: www.mypots.net, I’ll send you an Etsy link for you to place your order through there.

Any problems with galvanic corrosion between the aluminum and stainless steel bat pins? Also, any drying issues with the clay base drying slower than the rest of the rest of the art? Very nice looking bat!

The galvanic corrosion thing is a none event. I am also very surprised why people would wait till the base dry to remove the pots from the bat🤷. Even you throw on the plaster bat, the rim is going to dry faster than the base. It is especially true during summer time. Here is how I take care of the drying process: once I find the rim is firm enough, I remove the pot from the bat and let it dry all the way till it is ready to trim, so that it will be more consistent from the top to the bottom.

YOUR SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA IS CRAZZZYZYYYYY! AU$311.26?

Unfortunately, shipping from US to overseas is very costly. The total weight is 6 Lb.

I calculated and it should be around US $125 for the system only. Unless you combine with other order, it shouldn’t be that much.
