Pipe connector insertion tool for use on hard plastic fuel pipe connectors found in the Connect 37011 Pipe and Connector Kit
An innovatively designed hand operated force tool combined with specifically machined adaptors to clamp the relevant fuel pipe and fit the connector in to the pipe.
Developed to ease the fitting of the hard plastic fuel pipe connectors supplied in Connect 37011 pipe and connector kit
Applications fuel /air and vacuum pipes fitted with snap type connectors. Suitable for on vehicle use
Hard pipe sizes covered ID 8mm x OD 10mm, ID 10mm x OD 12mm, ID6mm x OD 8mm. Always lubricate the connector with petroleum jelly or similar to assist assembly.

Are you supposed to flare the metal pipe in any way? Fuel injection systems can be 5-bar +, a rubber hose onto a metal pipe without any kind of flaring can easily blow off

Talking to our Technical Team; our kit /tools are just for the low pressure fuel lines, not the high pressure (5+ bar) side of the injection system. If you're looking to make repairs on the HP side, we don’t offer kits for this- you will need hard lines, bending and flaring tools to make up new lines.
