This towers how actually includes basically everything besides insurance for your unit. All utilities and tower amenities are included. There is no assigned parking here it’s valet and self park in the garage. 👍

$699k fully furnished is actually a bargain. The one and only downside I could see is that the condo is on the side that doesn’t face the strip. The strip view alone would’ve added at least another $100k to the price.
