It’s fletcher street riding. They’ve been working with kids for years. The city scooped up land near them and builds stuff to try to force them out. Instead of working with this youth group that helps kids they would rather it fail.

What idiotic coverage, the anchor and reporter making jokes when a horse is in danger. The owner was offputting and concerning. This incident obviously should be investigated. The horse was at a full gallop on cement for 6 miles. That is terrible on a horse's feet. Outrageous that some people think this is cute or no big deal. It is a big deal and the humane society needs to check this situation out immediately. And check the horses feet.
