How was New York able to violate the 4th amendment? Unconstitutional guns laws depriving honest law abiding citizens the right to self defense. It’s has been proved that a community that has individuals that can legally defend themselves has lower crime rates. And lower crime rates mean less interactions with the police, no reason for stop and frisk. How does this happen? The criminal doesn’t know who is armed, and is less inclined to pick on strangers, and therefore contribute to rising crime rates. Isn’t something how more legal guns actually results in lower crime?

Gun crimes exist, and the only way that the courts and prosecutors tend to attack the gun crimes is to make licensing as difficult as possible within the City and County of Philadelphia. So the have some of the strictest gun laws but have issues. Guess gun laws don’t stop criminals so how do we stop the criminals because taking guns from good citizens won’t solve the problem
